Pavé-Birra is Pavé’s naughty little brother, born in February 2018 right in front of the historic location on via Felice Casati. It is conceived as landmark in the neighbourhood for everything that is good beer, an after work location in Porta Venezia, a safe place where to hide after a long day at work, a bar where you can continue your evening after Pavè on the other side of the street closes its doors.

The result of a collaboration with Birrificio War, a young artisanal brewery located near Milan that since the beginning curated its “art direction”, Pavé-Birra offers twelve draft beers, cans and bottles that come from the best artisanal breweries in Italy and in the world.

Served together with a list of hot-dogs prepared like they would by Pavé, putting quality and respect for the ingredients first.
