Ice Cream

We were taking a stroll in Milan in search of a good ice cream and we met an old friend who is a professional ice cream maker.
We took it as omen and asked her to join us.
Since that day we have been working together to create a light ice cream in seasonal flavours and consistent with our bakery proposal we've been working on in these years.
Our ice cream is so light that if you eat two... nothing happens! Because that, in our opinion, it is the real gelato.
