We work every day to prepare good food, prepare it well and serve it in the right way. Our quality is built on sourcing the best raw ingredients and controlling the lifecycle of each and every product.
We specialise in leavened products and pastries for breakfast, alongside small patisserie where traditional desserts and modern cakes coexist. We also offer croissants, baked desserts and savoury snacks.
From 12am to 15pm Pavé opens its kitchen to first courses, salads and sandwiches following a seasonal menu. In the historic location of via Felice Casati, service continues throughout the evening with freshly baked pizzas and small plates to eat together with the traditional Milanese aperitivo.
At Pavé you can order all of our cakes in various sizes according to your requirements, buy our artisanal Panettone all year round, or try our bread – rigorously prepared with our own sourdough yeast culture and flours from small Italian mills – stone-baked every morning after eight hours of natural leavening.
We do not accept reservations but we usually find a seat for everyone within the shortest possible time.
